POWERED BY LIGHT
Good design should make everyday life simpler. Doppio Solar harnesses both natural and artificial light to keep time moving with minimal intervention. Light passes through the dial to solar cells beneath, where it is converted into energy and stored in a rechargeable battery. Once fully charged, the Swiss RONDA solar movement offers up to eight months of power reserve. A considered choice that makes use of the light around us and reduces what needs replacing over time.

A SIGNATURE FROM 1951
The original MONDAINE logo from 1951 is engraved on every Doppio caseback. Its design brings together the “M” for MONDAINE, a clock and two mountain peaks - symbols of time, our name and our Swiss roots. A subtle signature connecting Doppio to MONDAINE’s design heritage.

Thoughtful design goes beyond what you see. It includes the choices behind how it is made.
Selected Doppio models feature vegan grape and apple leather straps, while stainless steel components contain up to 91% recycled material.
Every Doppio watch is Swiss Made at our factory in Biberist, where our solar installation generates up to 80% of the electricity we use.
